Shipping policy

At 'Fi and Me', we take great care in preparing and shipping your order so it arrives safely and promptly.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.

• If we anticipate a longer processing time, we will reach out to you directly with an update.

Shipping Methods

• Orders are shipped via USPS Ground or Priority Mail by default, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Customers may upgrade to USPS Express Shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping is available on all orders of $100 or more (U.S. addresses only).

• Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $100.

• Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

Additional Notes

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• 'Fi and Me' is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
