With a soft tape measure you should take their chest circumference, waist circumference, and the desired length. Which is taken from the top of shoulder down to usually about the knee, lengths vary by garment and design. Reach out to us with any questions or if you need help. ratna@fiandme.com

These are not bathing suits, we do not recommend swimming in them as they can restrict movement as well as cause color bleed. As with all nylon fabrics, due to the nature of the fabric, some color bleed is normal. We recommend washing before wearing. Do not put in the dryer. The dye has been known to transfer to other things such as skin, clothing, and other surfaces. We have never known these dyes to leave any permanent stains on any surface. Please wash before wearing with like colors. Machine wash cold, hang dry. Avoid excess heat and chlorine (including bleach) to preserve color and finish.

𝐕𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐭: 

Machine wash and dry, remove promptly. Store hung to prevent wrinkles. Due to the nature of this fabric it is likely it will arrive with wrinkles. To get wrinkles out and make the item look photo ready, a simple wash and dry will do the trick.

𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Scrunchies can be machine washed, but we recommend air drying to preserve their elastic. All other hair accessories should be gently hand washed and air dried.

𝐒𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐬:

For the metallic gold, pink, and blue sequin twirl dresses we recommend wash cold, HANG dry. 

For all other velvet sequin dresses you can machine wash and dry.

The A-line flip sequin dresses we recommend dry cleaning.

𝐅𝐚𝐮𝐱 𝐅𝐮𝐫𝐬:

Refer to item tag specifics, as some of our furs are machine washable while others are dry clean only.

𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐈𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐤: 

We recommend wash cold, hang dry to preserve the fabrics glow. If put in the dryer the glow will fade much faster.

Wash cold, hang dry or tumble dry low.

Processing Time

 • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.

 • Orders are shipped via USPS Ground or Priority Mail by default, unless otherwise agreed upon.

 • Customers may upgrade to USPS Express Shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

 • Free shipping is available on all orders of $100 or more (U.S. addresses only).

 • Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $100.

 • Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Need a different size, or a custom fit? We are happy to do exchanges and can even customize to make sure a dress will fit her perfectly!

For Returns and/or Exchanges~

US residents: Notify us within 14 days if you would like to make a return or exchange. Please ship back, and provide a return tracking number to us, no later than 14 days from the time the items(s) were originally delivered to you.

-We accept returns, for Unworn, Unwashed clothing that has no smell. Some exclusions apply.***

- We do not accept returns or exchanges on Clearance items, or anything marked as 'Final Sale".

-Smoke, vape smells, pet smells and/or the smell of febreze, or laundry detergent, are all examples of "smell" and why we might deny a return.

-Items must be returned in original condition.

-We do not accept returns on hair accessories.

-The brand and size labels (from inside the neck) must still be intact.

-Customer is responsible for any loss in value.

-Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

-Inside your return package, please include the name of the person that it was shipped to, and/or the name of the person who placed the order, or the order number. This will help us find your order quicker and make sure that any refund or exchange that needs to be processed can be done in a timely manner.

Always get a tracking number when sending a return shipment, and retain that number for your records.

-We do not accept returns due to shipping delays or things arriving later than expected. If you need an item by a certain date, please let us know and we will work with you to try to make it happen.

Express, or Expedited shipping may be available upon request, for an extra fee.

***Items NOT eligible for return:

• Customized or Custom Made: Any item(s) that have been Customized or Custom Made, specifically for you. This includes any alteration to the length, body measurements, and/or sleeves. This can also mean any customized embroidery, graphics, images and/or placements of these designs.

 • Sequin Dresses: We do not accept returns on any of our sequin, or "scales" dresses. You may exchange for size, or if you need to customize fit. But we do not accept returns on any of our Sequin Dresses.

 • Hair Accessories: We do not accept returns on any of our hair accessories. This includes scrunchies, headbands and hair clips.

Refunds will not be given for lost, or stolen items.

Hi everyone!
My name is Ratna. (Sounds like Raught-na).
I am the Designer and Maker behind 'Fi and Me'.

I love to make high quality, unique girls apparel and accessories from beautiful specialty fabrics. I especially love creating twirly dresses and timeless styles that will look amazing no matter what the current trends may be. I believe that the early years of a young girls life are, and should be, MAGICAL! And that every girls first love, should be herself! It is this pursuit of joy & magic, mixed with the love for my own two daughters, that fuels my passion and creativity!

My journey began long ago! I had a childhood full of art classes and craft projects. When I was in 3rd grade, my Mom taught me how to sew a pillow case, and from there I became obsessed with sewing and all things fabric and textiles. I kept making and improving my skills all through middle, and high school. By the time I was in high school, I was making most of my own clothing (some of which must have looked a little funny). This included my own prom dresses and even dresses for my friends.

When I had my first child, Fiona, I began to sew for her. When I looked around the market for girls clothing and dresses, I was disappointed at the overall lack of quality. Everything seemed uninspired. It was either rubber duckies, or too "mature" for little girls. So I used my sewing skills to begin creating Fiona's clothing. After making some pretty amazing outfits for her, it dawned on me that other people might like them too! So I made a few extra and headed to my local Farmer's Market to become a vendor. Step by step my little idea grew from there and here we are twenty years later!

I will never stop making new things... the world just keeps making too many cool new fabrics! I'm completely obsessed!!!

Fiona now works beside me in this business. We MAKE everything here in the USA, and we ALWAYS will!
