For Returns and/or Exchanges~
US residents: Notify us within 10 days if you would like to make a return or exchange. EU Residents, notify within 14 days. Please ship back, and provide a return tracking number to us, no later than 14 days from the time the items(s) were originally delivered to you.
-We accept returns, for Unworn, Unwashed clothing that has no smell. Some exclusions apply.***
-Smoke, vape smells, pet smells and/or the smell of febreze, or laundry detergent, are all examples of "smell" and why we might deny a return.
-Items must be returned in original condition.
-The brand and size labels (from inside the neck) must still be intact.
-Customer is responsible for any loss in value.
-Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
-Inside your return package, please include the name of the person that it was shipped to, and/or the name of the person who placed the order, or the order number. This will help us find your order quicker and make sure that any refund or exchange that needs to be processed can be done in a timely manner.
Always get a tracking number when sending a return shipment, and retain that number for your records.
-We do not accept returns due to shipping delays or things arriving later than expected. If you need an item by a certain date, please let us know and we will work with you to try to make it happen.
Express, or Expedited shipping may be available upon request, for an extra fee.
***Customized or Custom Made: Any item(s) that have been Customized or Custom Made, specifically for you. This includes any alteration to the length, body measurements, and/or sleeves. This can also mean any customized embroidery, graphics, images and/or placements of these designs.
***Sequin Dresses: We do not accept returns on any of our sequin, or "scales" dresses. You may exchange for size, or if you need to customize fit. But we do not accept returns on any of our Sequin Dresses.
***Hair Accessories: We do not accept returns on any of our hair accessories. This includes scrunchies, headbands and hair clips.
***Refunds will not be given for lost, or stolen items.
